Domaine Bonnardot

Saint Aubin - Burgundy

The Bonnardot domain was founded in 1981 in Bonnencontre by the mother Élisabeth Bonnardot, coming from a strong

Burgundian history with a family making wine since 1470.

She already had a modern view on viticulture as she studied oenology and did an apprenticeship with organic wine master Jules Chauvet.

Her two sons Ludovic and Emilien took over the vineyards from their mother in 2005. They shared the love for organic viticulture with their mother and continued the trend that Élisabeth had started.

Today, the domain is entirely biodynamic, although not certified, while the two brothers are working on 15 hectares, 18 different appellations and more than 50 different parcels mostly in Santenay and Hautes Côtes de Beaune area, while the cellar located in the middle of the vineyards of Saint Aubin.
