Olivier Mavit

Narbonne - Languedoc

The Mavit family has been cultivating vines around the town of Narbonne for more than 150 years, and Olivier is the last generation operating the domaine with precision, hard work and dedication.

He took over the family estate in 2015, after a career in printing, Olivier came back to his roots with the assistance of Jean Philippe Padié, a reference and a master in Languedoc from Burgundy.

He has a special way, a true gift of expressing all the fruit complexity in the bottle from traditional grape varieties of the area : Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Syrah.

Olivier Mavit in the bottle

Joseph Rouge

Composed exclusively of Grenache Noir, Joseph is a pure black fruits bomb thanks to 10 days of maceration and no use of oak barrels.

Nemorin Rouge

A subtle blend of 70% Grenache Noir, 20% Carignan and 10% Syrah for a typical expression of the Corbières terroir.
